Your Role
As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and reaching out to potential clients via LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Engaging with freelance marketplaces (Upwork and others) to secure new business opportunities.
- Managing leads from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a smooth sales process.
- Keeping detailed records in our CRM to track progress and optimize sales performance.
- Upselling and cross-selling services to maximize client value.
- Developing and executing innovative strategies to attract new clients.
What We Expect from You
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within digital marketing or IT.
- Expertise in LinkedIn, Upwork, and other lead-generation platforms.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM systems for efficient sales tracking.
- Self-motivation, organization, and the ability to work independently.
- English fluency at C2 level or higher for seamless communication with international clients.
