Position Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic and creative Business Assistant with an eye for beauty and exceptional communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring positive energy and natural business intuition to support both our marketing efforts and people management processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact across different aspects of our business operations while exercising creativity and practical judgment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and engage with the content for company social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms while maintaining brand consistency and voice across all channels
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job posting management, candidate communication, and interview scheduling while maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support HR administrative tasks such as onboarding documentation, employee record management, and benefit program coordination
- Help organize and coordinate team building activities, company events, and internal communications to foster a positive company culture
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing and HR teams, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and proven ability to follow instructions precisely
- Strong aesthetic sense and eye for visual beauty in content creation and design
- Exceptional writing skills with ability to craft engaging and compelling content
- Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Natural talent for multitasking and thriving in a dynamic environment
- High energy level and infectious positive attitude
- Strong common sense and practical problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field
- Proven experience with social media management and content creation for business accounts
