Philip Morris Ukraine, on behalf of its Partner, is looking for a Trade Marketing Assistant, who will support Retail Activation team with IQOS Partners equipment (not direct retail), installation, ongoing repairs, small fixings, TPOSM order/production coordination for IQOS Partners and communication with the contractors.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Support Retail Activation team with the new IQOS Partners equipment installation and ongoing repairs at ALLO, Fortuna, Rozetka chains.
- Coordination and monitoring the execution of the requests for small repairs (problems with lighting or security systems, changing the doors/windows, checking wi-fi connection and TV installation).
- POSM/TPOSM order & production coordination for IQOS Partners and Brand Retail IQOS boutiques.
- IQOS Partners planogram development & updating.
- Communication with the areas/regions (pricing upd, planograms, TPOSM split & delivery details).
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years experience in retail POS openings.
- Analytical & communication skills, project management skills, customer focus;
- Proficient computer skills and attention to details (esp. MS Excel, PowerPoint for editing slides with lots of small details);
- English - Upper-Intermediate, Ukrainian – fluent;
- Driver's license and own car will be an advantage (expenses reimbursed);
- Readiness for business trips (Ukraine).
- Location Kyiv will be an advantage.
