Sales Trainer for Call Center
KeyPerson is looking for a Sales Trainer for an international company specializing in the production and sale of dietary supplements and vitamins. The company was founded in 2020 and operates in 10 countries across Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
Position Overview
We are looking for a Sales Trainer to develop and optimize training and onboarding processes for call center employees. The primary goal is to improve efficiency and increase sales performance. The role involves designing and delivering training programs, assessing competencies, and coaching sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a mass hiring algorithm for call center employees, analyzing and improving existing processes
- Design and implement training and onboarding programs for new hires
- Create competency assessment systems to monitor the performance of call center managers
- Conduct online sales training for call center teams
- Organize and lead offline training sessions (in the future)
- Improve sales performance through coaching and mentoring
Team & Reporting Structure
- Reports to: Head of Sales Call Center
- Works closely with: Call center location managers and sales managers
RequirementsMust-Have Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role
- Proven experience in call centers, with a track record of improving performance
- Ability to develop and implement training programs
- Experience in creating and updating training materials (scripts, presentations, tests)
- Strong skills in conducting online and offline training sessions
- Deep understanding of modern sales techniques and methodologies
- Ability to analyze and enhance team performance
- Experience working in an international environment
Languages
- Fluent English (mandatory, as the role involves working with international teams)
- Ukrainian (for internal communication)
- Knowledge of Spanish or French is a big plus but not required.
Conditions & Benefits
- Salary: Discussed individually. Base salary + performance-based bonuses
- Probation period: Up to 3 months, with an option for early completion based on performance
- Work format: Fully remote
- Working hours: Full-time, 5 days per week, approximately 9:00–18:00 or 10:00–19:00 Kyiv time
