As a Social Media Manager at Newxel, you will help strengthen our online presence and connect with potential clients through strategic social media efforts. Your main focus will be creating and managing a B2B social media strategy to boost engagement, drive website traffic, and support revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B social media marketing strategy to achieve company goals
• Drive audience engagement, website traffic, and revenue by utilizing the social media marketing roadmap
• Strategically optimize the Newxel social media pages (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) to enhance visibility and promote our services
• Create and curate engaging, high-quality content tailored for LinkedIn to attract and engage potential clients
• Manage and grow the social media presence of key employees to strengthen brand authority and industry influence
• Write impactful marketing content that aligns with the brand’s voice and resonates with the target audience

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SMM, preferably in the IT industry
• Excellent English writing and communication skills (B2 level)
• Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn as a social media platform
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative content ideas
• Ability to identify and incorporate emerging social media trends into content
• Experience in B2B marketing is a plus
• Soft skills: Responsibility, proactivity, and a results-driven mindset
• Tech-savvy with the ability to utilize AI tools to optimize work processes and develop strategic solutions
