If you're a gaming and esports fan with a sharp sense of humor and the ability to create viral content, we want you on our team! This is a unique opportunity to work with one of the world's leading esports organizations and shape its social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and adapt the SMM strategy and content plan for NAVI’s main social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, X, TikTok, etc.).
- Continuously analyze content performance and implement new approaches.
- Identify and initiate new opportunities to expand reach and grow the follower base.
- Create viral, situational, and engaging content that resonates with gaming and esports audiences (graphics, memes, polls, interactive posts).
- Monitor gaming, esports, and social media trends to integrate them into content.
- Engage with the community through social media, fostering active dialogue with fans.
- Manage the SMM editorial team.
- Work closely with the media team and other NAVI departments to execute comprehensive content projects.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in social media management.
- Experience leading an SMM team.
- Proficiency in English (C1+).
- Deep understanding of esports and gaming.
- Creativity, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong knowledge of current social media trends and SMM tools.
- Proven ability to create viral and situational content for social media.
