We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in driving our business development and sales initiatives by identifying and nurturing high-quality leads, building a sales pipeline, and supporting the team in achieving ambitious growth goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough research to identify prospective clients using online databases, LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and other reliable sources, while ensuring each lead meets our Ideal Customer Profile.
- Developing and executing targeted outreach strategies via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage decision-makers such as CMOs, CEOs, and CPOs.
- Rigorously qualifying leads based on industry, company size, technology stack, budget, and business needs.
- Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to uncover new business opportunities.
- Tracking campaign performance and analyzing key metrics (leads generated, conversion rates, meetings set) to provide actionable reports.
Qualifications required:
- Demonstrable success as a Lead Generation Specialist within the IT, tech, or services industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
- Strong research capabilities and proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, Apollo.io, and similar platforms.
- A results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
- A solid understanding of B2B marketing strategies and the IT services landscape.
- The ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team to meet business objectives.
The hiring process will consist of a 30-minute basic interview, a test task, and a 30-minute interview with the COO.
