Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
? Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the home renovation and basement construction market.
? Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
? Monitor key performance metrics, analyze data, and provide weekly/monthly reports on marketing performance.
SEO & PPC Management
? Oversee and optimize SEO strategies, including website content, technical SEO, and local SEO to improve search rankings.
? Run and optimize Google Ads & Bing Ads independently before scaling campaigns with external PPC vendors.
? Manage paid social media advertising, initially running ads independently and later overseeing freelancers.
Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition
? Plan and execute lead generation campaigns to drive quality leads for basement construction projects.
? Develop and test strategies to improve conversion rates and optimize marketing funnels.
? Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Social Media & Content Marketing
? Supervise the creation of engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
? Work with designers and content creators to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
? Develop and oversee email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
Website & Brand Management
? Work closely with developers to optimize website performance, UX, and lead capture functionality.
? Monitor online reviews and manage the company’s online reputation.
? Implement A/B testing for landing pages, ads, and email campaigns to maximize ROI.
Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the construction, renovation, or home improvement industry.
Strong expertise in SEO, PPC (Google Ads, Bing Ads), social media advertising, and email marketing.
Proven track record in lead generation and conversion optimization.
Proficiency with marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent platforms.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Experience working with Canadian and American consumer markets is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
