HR Manager with Recruitment Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. This role combines HR management with recruitment duties, focusing on sourcing and evaluating talent, particularly within the financial and legal sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for financial and legal positions.
- Conduct candidate assessments, including interviews, testing, and reference checks.
- Partner with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Oversee onboarding, performance reviews, and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports.

Requirements:
