HR Manager
Hygge is a service IT company is looking for an HR Manager with 2+ years of experience in IT teams.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in the HR field.
Proven experience in building, optimizing, and adapting HR processes.
English: at least Intermediate level.
Flexibility and quick adaptability to changes.
Well-developed empathy.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Business needs orientation.
Communicative, curious, and proactive.
Organized and independent.
Responsibilities
Employee lifecycle management: onboarding, adaptation, conducting 1-on-1 meetings, retention, offboarding.
Event Management: organizing corporate events, team buildings, trainings, gifts, and managing corporate culture.
Performance evaluation: conducting soft skills and technical interviews, assessing English proficiency, and developing growth plans.
Working hours management: calculating working hours, creating reports, tracking leave balances.
HRM system management (PeopleForce): inputting and updating employee data, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Implementation and improvement of core HR practices: onboarding, retention, training, performance management & evaluation, offboarding, and event organization.
Building and maintaining trusting and partnership relationships with each company employee.
Acting as a coach to help find optimal solutions balancing employee and business interests.
Participating in HR initiatives and implementing them.
Evaluating ideas/projects from the perspective of HR opportunities and risks.
