We’re looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder to join our dynamic video marketing agency as our first Lead Generation Manager. This is a fully remote role for a self-driven professional with a proven track record of securing projects on Upwork. You’ll play a key role in driving client acquisition by crafting compelling proposals and personalized outreach that resonate with prospects in the video production space.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and bid on relevant Upwork projects for a video marketing agency specializing in 2D/3D animation, video advertising, social media content, performance ads, and AI-driven video solutions.
• Analyze client job postings to understand their needs and craft tailored, persuasive proposals.
• Develop personalized outreach messages that address client pain points, incorporate strong hooks, highlight compelling CTAs, and effectively close deals.
• Work independently to manage the full lead generation process, from prospecting to initial client engagement.
Requirements:
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) for professional communication and proposal writing.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder, with a strong portfolio of successful project wins.
• Proven ability to understand client requirements and translate them into personalized, high-converting proposals.
• Strong grasp of hooks, attention-grabbing techniques, CTAs, and strategies to address client pain points.
• Self-motivated and independent—able to thrive as the agency’s first lead generation hire.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in the video production space (2D/3D, video ads, AI tools)—no prior expertise is required, but fast learning is a must.
What we offer:
• $300 fixed monthly rate + 5% commission on the client’s first Upwork contract.
• Flexible working hours—preferably in the evening to maximize Upwork opportunities.
A short test assignment will be required to assess your ability to write compelling proposals.
