We are looking for a detail-oriented Lead Generation Manager to support our sales and outreach efforts. This role is part-time, requiring approximately 4-5 hours daily, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability. If you have experience with tools like GigRadar, LinkedIn and understand the importance of precise communication, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing GigRadar applications, analyzing job matches, and correcting any mistakes.
- Updating cover letters and prompts in GigRadar to increase response rate and find goo leads on Upwork.
- Approaching potential clients on LinkedIn according to the communication framework.
- Replying to leads in the initial stages using provided templates.
- Ensuring proper use of proxy tools and maintaining smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a LeadGen or similar sales role in a technology or digital services company.
- Strong understanding of the machine learning, artificial intelligence, and technology sectors.
- Experience working with Upwork and GigRadar.
- Basic understanding of proxy tools and their usage.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow templates accurately.
- Strong English language skills at a B2 level or higher.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks effectively.
What We Offer:
