Work experience specifically in American logistics is not critical, but it will be cool if:
- You have 2 years of HR Generalist experience in logistics.
- You work well and easily with large amounts of information.
- You are in Kyiv.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- You have experience in personnel administration.
Currently, it is necessary:
- Closing of vacancies of various levels.
- Work with job sites, social. networks and specialized forums for searching for candidates.
- Development and support of corporate culture.
- Development and selection of employee development programs.
- Onboarding and staff motivation.
- Implementation of HR processes in accordance with the company's business strategy.
