We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Research: Identify and research potential leads using various channels, including online databases, social media, and industry events. Additional researching clients from our list, finding their contact details, and reaching out to them.
  • Outreach and Engagement:Initiating contact with leads via personalized emails, linkedin messages, and additional reach out via cold calls.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess leads based on BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to evaluate suitability and engagement readiness.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Coordinate with the sales team for seamless handoffs of qualified leads, sharing relevant context and insights.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics to continually optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Lead Nurturing: Develop and maintain a consistent follow-up process to nurture leads effectively, moving them toward conversion opportunities.

Requirements:

  • English B2-C1
  • Experience in Lead Generation: Proven track record in lead generation, prospecting, and nurturing leads in a similar industry or field.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive messages for email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.
  • Research Skills: Proficiency in using online research tools, databases, and social media platforms to identify and gather information on potential leads.
  • Sales Knowledge: Understanding of sales processes and lead qualification criteria (such as BANT or other frameworks) to assess lead quality.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track lead interactions and manage follow-up processes.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze performance metrics, understand trends, and suggest improvements to optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Self-Motivation and Independence: A proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a consistent follow-up process.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust strategies based on changing lead behavior, market trends, and new sales initiatives.

Good to have: 

  • Clear understanding of principles and specifics of software development methodologies;
  • Experience in outbound cold calling
