We are seeking a motivated Trainee System Administrator with a passion for technology and strong organizational skills. The successful candidate will maintain our IT systems, ensure seamless operations and assist with office management. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in IT.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Windows, MacOS, and automated inventory systems.
Administer data backups and system updates.
Set up and maintain hardware, software, and user accounts.
Ensure IT security and support network infrastructure.
Work with Microtik, TP-Link, and VMware.
Provide website hosting support and updates
Communicate with vendors and manage Google Workspace.
Maintain office equipment and appliances.
Handle procurement, inventory, and expense tracking.
Manage and monitor the office budget, including expenses and financial planning.
Collaborate with Office Manager.
Requirements:
Knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and network protocols.
Experience with hardware setup, backups, and IT security.
Familiarity with Microtik, TP-Link, and Google Workspace.
Basic WordPress/OpenCart skills for updates.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Strong understanding of office management responsibilities and systems.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
At least Intermediate English (B1) or higher.
