Head of Marketing (Maternity position)
We are seeking a results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our client's team and grow our client's brand in the Ukrainian automotive market. The ideal candidate has proven expertise in marketing strategy, team leadership, and delivering impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy: Develop and optimize strategies aligned with business goals.
Team Management: Lead and coordinate the marketing team.
Target Audience Engagement: Identify and leverage new customer channels.
Promotional Activities: Plan and execute brand awareness campaigns.
Performance Reporting: Track and optimize marketing effectiveness.
Budget Management: Allocate resources efficiently for maximum ROI.
Vendor Relations: Build partnerships with agencies and vendors.
Creative Development: Oversee marketing materials and digital content.
Crisis & War-Time Marketing: Ensure brand stability during challenges.
Marketing Plan Execution: Implement and manage marketing plans.
Branding & Communication: Maintain a strong brand presence.
Multi-Channel Campaigns: Coordinate digital, OOH, radio, and print promotions.
Influence Initiatives: Manage influencer and charity collaborations.
Content Strategy: Oversee digital asset content creation.
Qualifications:
Experience in senior marketing leadership roles.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Expertise in digital and traditional marketing.
Analytical skills to optimize campaigns.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Experience with budget management and campaign execution.
Adaptability to crisis situations.
Familiarity with media agencies, creative teams, and vendors.
Knowledge of branding, content creation, and advertising.
Good English skills (Upper-Intemediate/Advanced).
