Job Profile: BU Head – Sales & Marketing

Job Role:
Head the entire BU for the Branded Generic Division of Hetero in Ukraine.
Making Budget and Sales Plans for short term and long term.
Drive national Sales & Marketing initiatives of the BU
Lead Large teams and Scale up
Experience Required:
· 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in sales and marketing.
· Proven expertise in managing a large team (minimum 20 members) and achieving business objectives.
· Demonstrated ability to drive market expansion and revenue growth in a competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
· Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies for the BU to achieve sales, profitability, and market share goals.
· Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of 20+ professionals (Sales & Marketing) ensuring optimal performance and skill enhancement.
· Revenue Generation: Drive sales and marketing initiatives to meet or exceed business targets.
· Market Analysis: Identify opportunities for business growth through in-depth market research and competitor analysis.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with HO Team, supply chain, and other departments to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, healthcare institutions, and distributors.
· Budgeting and P&L: Oversee the BU’s budgeting process and ensure the profitability of all initiatives.
Skills and Competencies:
· Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities.
· Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities.
· In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical sales, marketing, and regulatory environments.
· Proficiency in CRM tools, financial management, and data analytics.
· Language: English Preferred
Educational Qualifications:
· MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Management, or related field (preferred).
· Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, or equivalent.
