Responsibilities
- Working with incidents and requests in JIRA and Slack
- Support and consulting for CQ residents and CQ Team
- Installing and configuring software
- Carrying out an inventory and maintaining the asset up to date
- Maintaining order in the IT warehouse
- Troubleshoot network, software and hardware issues remotely and locally
- User account management in internal systems
- Managing access rights in the Access Control System
- Video and Audio Conference systems support
Requirements
- Work experience in a similar position about a 1 year
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux
- Basic knowledge of Google Apps, Network, IT equipment, Video Surveillance, Access Control System
- English - Pre-Intermediate
- A high and positive level of communication
- Responsible, proactive, ready to learn
