About the job
We’re looking for a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, manage reporting, and ensure smooth cash flow control. A key part of this role will be managing and optimizing various payment systems to support the company’s financial transactions.
Developing MMO games is very challenging. In our view it is as much rewarding. We want to find someone who shares our passion for challenge and excellence to enjoy this path together.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize various payment systems, including:
- Payment service providers
- In-game payment solutions
- Bank transfers and wire payments
- Optimizing refund, chargeback, and fraud prevention processes
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Maintain and organize financial documentation for company operations
- Work closely with international consultants and accountants to ensure compliance
- Provide financial analysis to support decision-making
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with payment processing systems and financial transaction management
- Understanding of international payment regulations and compliance
- Proven experience in financial management, accounting, or controlling
- Strong knowledge of IFRS principles, tax reporting, and financial analysis
- Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and reporting systems
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and responsibility
- Proficiency in English and strong written communication skills
Will be a plus
- Experience in the IT or gaming industry
- Finance / Economics / Accounting degree
- Experience working with international finance and tax systems
- Passion for video games
