At the moment, we are looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist with a strong understanding of Bitrix24 to join our remote team. This role is focused primarily on IT support, though it involves some familiarity with development concepts and technologies to support our team’s tools and platforms. Candidates who enjoy managing IT systems and working collaboratively across technical teams will thrive in this position.

Essential Skills:
PHP (Bitrix24) knowledge
Linux / Windows administration
Virtual Machine Management (Hyper-V, QEMU, Proxmox)
VPN Networks (ZeroTier, Pritunl, Cloudflare)
SQL understanding
Documentation skills
English and Russian language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level
Preferred Skills :
NGINX configuration and management
Containerization (Docker)
Knowledge of PowerBI
Experience with Synology, Proxmox, and Bitrix platforms
Google Workspace administration
Key Responsibilities:
Administer Google Workspace, providing support for email, document management, and collaboration tools.
Manage Linux and Windows systems, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Support virtual machine environments, including Hyper-V, QEMU, and Proxmox, with setup, configuration, and maintenance.
Set up, monitor, and maintain VPN networks, including ZeroTier, Pritunl, and Cloudflare, to ensure secure remote access for the team.
Implement security protocols and perform regular audits to ensure secure connectivity.
Perform basic SQL database management, including running queries, updating information, and assisting with troubleshooting database issues.
Assist team members in using Bitrix24, including troubleshooting issues, configuring settings, and optimizing workflows within the platform.
Provide remote IT support to team members, resolving technical issues and responding to inquiries quickly and effectively.
What is the work schedule:
Mon-Fri, 9:00 am — 5:00 pm (flexible start time as early as 8:00 AM) according to New York time.
