Our company has an open position for a Client manager. Special requirements for applicants:

• Higher education (preferably legal);
• Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian (both oral and written) is a prerequisite;
• English level not lower than B2 — upper-intermediate;
• Experience with programs, social networks: AdobeAcrobat, CRM, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms), Mac OS, Safari, etc.;
• Strong negotiation and communication skills;
• Skills in drafting and analyzing official letters and documents;
• Knowledge of the basics of international payment instruments and trade;
• Knowledge and understanding of the basics of international business, trade and law;
• Corporate financial literacy (the ability to form, write down costs for a project and justify its cost);
• Project management;
• Ability to work in multitasking mode;
• Ability and willingness to work remotely;
• Skills in planning and prioritizing one’s tasks;
• Punctuality;
• High speed of working with information;
• Sociability and openness;
• Willingness to go on a unique path and eventually become an integral part of the company.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Supporting clients with a large volume of cases (in English), conducting meetings (including online) and telephone conversations (in English);
• Developing the status of current clients to key ones;
• Excellent client service: reporting to clients, reporting on results in the form of analytics and information on project statuses;
• Preparing client data for the manager (collecting client analytics);
• Communication with foreign offices of the company;
• Formation/retransmission of rules, recommendations and client requirements for working with projects;
• Processing incoming client requests;
• Registration of projects in CRM;
• Control of project reports;
• Communication with teams;
• Communication with the client and counterparties regarding non-core requests;
• Regular communication with the client about the status of the case, key indicators regarding projects;
• Collection and preparation of analytics;
• Reconciliation of invoices with contractors for projects;
• Control of payment of invoices by the client.
