EvoPlay is looking for a talented Project Manager responsible for the efficient leadership and execution of projects from start to finish.
We are currently seeking a manager to work primarily with large businesses in the sphere of partners' advertising materials management and placement across various media platforms.
Requirements:
? Relevant experience in advertising Project Management 2+ years;
? Experience working with creative materials;
? Strong communication skills for interaction with designers, clients, and stakeholders;
? Experience in detailed project planning, including time/resource estimation, identifying critical paths, and maintaining project documentation;
? Knowledge of full advertising materials development cycle and processes;
? Familiarity with project management tools and CRM-systems;
? Aligning project goals with the organization’s business strategy.
? Flexibility and adaptability to project changes.
? Result-oriented with a strong analytical mindset;
? Hands-on experience in building/optimization of project processes;
? Interpersonal skills, ability to deliver high-quality results, maintaining trustful relationships between people;
? Interest and knowledge in the gaming and Esports field will be a significant advantage!
? English Intermediate+.
Responsibilities:
? Regular communication support between partners and development team;
? Facilitate the development of business opportunities within the project;
? Create and maintain the project management documentation and revise it as appropriate;
? Manage the project-related day-to-day operational activities;
? Manage the advertising materials development teams and direct their activities to ensure the project is run and completed within the constraints of scope and schedule;
? Perform data consolidation and analysis;
? Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project scope;
? Effectively communicate relevant scope-related information to the team and management;
? Resolve and/or escalate scope-related issues promptly;
? Develop project plans following the overall roadmap to ensure alignment with strategic objectives;
