The ideal candidate should have:
- At least 3 years of experience in IP (prosecution)
- High level of proficiency in English
- A fluent understanding of the language used within the IP
- The ability to identify hidden risks in IP prosecution issues, due diligence and transactions
- The ability to locate hard-to-find information from IP registers
- The ability to "think outside the box" and be flexible in delivering services to meet our clients' evolving expectations
- Extremely attentive when drafting contracts and TM applications
Functional responsibilities:
- Preparation of documents for interaction with the Ukrainian National Intellectual Property Office
- Registration of intellectual property objects
- Preparation of contracts in the field of intellectual property
- Participation in audits in the field of intellectual property
- Participation in projects on `well-known` trademarks
- Knowledge of Data Privacy will be a plus
