Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and dispatch loads effectively
Coordinate with drivers, brokers, and customers

Negotiate rates and secure profitable loads
Handle transportation issues and provide real-time solutions
Maintain accurate records of dispatch operations
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a truck dispatcher
Strong knowledge of load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Familiarity with trucking regulations and industry trends
