Dispatch / Logistics Coordinator / Trucking Dispatcher
CTS Express Inc. a company that has been operating in the U.S. freight transportation market for over 15 years. We are currently expanding and seeking a motivated Truck Dispatch to join our team. This is a full time job, and the hours are from 15:00 — 23:00 Monday through Friday. This position will require you to be in the office, and working remotely is not an option at the beginning.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate loads for drivers.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, brokers, and customers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Monitor and manage driver routes, providing real-time support and updates.
- Optimize load planning to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Negotiate rates with brokers to secure profitable loads.
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in the trucking/logistics industry (preferably with reefer loads).
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the U.S. freight market, including lanes, rates, and regulations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and load boards (e.g., DAT, Truckstop).
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve issues under pressure.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends, if needed

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with brokers, drivers, and customers.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
