Job Summary
We are an American logistics company looking to hire experienced, self-motivated employees for a long-term job position in the USA transportation business.
By Joining our Company You will spend a lot of your working time on the phone negotiating and arranging freight transportation to different parts of the country (USA ). Negotiating and arranging the best deals for our company. Brokers and drivers will become a part of your successful business daily.
KEY Requirements :
- Experience in using any USA Load boards is a MUST (COMPULSORY)!
- Experience in sourcing for freight on any USA Load boards.
- CURRENT Experience in Brokering / Co-Brokering of Loads is a MUST!
- Good English communication skills ( Upper — intermediate level of English as a must ).
- Basic PC and different applications knowledge.
- Great communication skills and professional response to any stressful complication.
- Ability to negotiate and arrange the best deals for our company.
- Work schedule 2nd shift Monday-Friday (from 3 pm to 12 am at night).
- This is a COMMISSION ONLY Pay structure! You get paid COMMISSION on Every Load you book!
- We DO NOT offer Monthly Salary so please do NOT ASK.
Working conditions :
- This is currently a WORK FROM HOME POSITION (Work Remotely from your home), Therefore you must have a Good PC "Computer" and Fast Internet Connection at your Home.
Responsibilities :
- Posting of Loads on USA Load boards.
- Brokering / Co-Brokering of Freights in the USA Market
- Sometimes Sourcing for Freight/Loads Independently.
- Booking of freights / Selling of Freights to carriers (trucking companies).
- Planning, organizing and coordinating time and related information with drivers, customers, shippers, and receivers for timely pickups and deliveries
- Dispatching drivers.
- Tracking the booked loads at all steps to make sure it is Picked-up and Delivered.
- Providing our clients with the best customer service level.
- Building and maintaining relationships with our clients and customers
- Updating brokers with status updates, solving issues.
