At Norml, we have built two strong teams in Design and Development. Additionally, we have an established team with a PM, an SEO Specialist, and an Outreach Specialist.
Currently, we are looking for a second mid-level SEO Specialist to join our team. We are seeking someone who has a solid understanding of SEO, with a specific area of expertise, but also the ability to manage a wide range of tasks initially and who’s not afraid of routine work :) For now, we will continue outsourcing link builders and content managers until we are confident that our SEO Specialists can excel in their roles.
Our clients are primarily US businesses, including shops, law firms, coworking spaces, boat rentals, blogs, and SaaS platforms. We handle both high-traffic and low-traffic websites. Everything we design and develop now comes with SEO services, so you’ll have the support of our programmers and designers.
We do not work with gray or questionable niches.

- Prepare technical research and tasks for programmers
- Cross-link page content or collaborate with the content manager on that

- At least 1+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, including both on-page and off-page optimization
- Ability to perform comprehensive keyword research and identify target keywords to drive organic growth
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization, link-building strategies, and best practices for improving website visibility
- Ability to explain SEO concepts and strategies to non-technical stakeholders
- A minimum B2-C1 level (working with international clients)
What we can offer to you:
- Flexible 8-hour working day without a fixed timetable
- Experience working on real international IT projects in a friendly team
- Opportunities for growth and development in the company.
- Paid vacation (14 working days) and sick leave (7 days), 10 government holidays, and can arrange extra days off if needed
