Aventus Group, an international fintech holding, is looking for a Middle or Senior SEO Specialist.
Aventus Group is a team of over 2000 professionals from 10 countries.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in SEO;
- Proven cases of achieving TOP 1–5 Google rankings for high-competition keywords, with the ability to explain the cause-and-effect relationship between your work and the results achieved;
- Up-to-date knowledge of current Google ranking principles;
- A strong, evidence-based approach to link-building strategy selection;
- Skills in detailed technical analysis of project performance;
- Proficiency in and practical experience with: Google Sheets, GA, GSC, Ahrefs, Similarweb, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, HTML/CSS, RegEx, JSON, and Microdata;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write clear and comprehensive technical specifications for developers, designers, copywriters, etc., in Jira.
Responsibilities:
- Managing 3–5 projects (up to 1,000 pages each) full-time in the lending niche;
- Developing, approving, and implementing SEO growth plans for projects;
- Regularly monitoring and improving the technical health of projects;
- Collecting, clustering, and updating the semantic core;
- Conducting niche analysis and developing a link-building strategy;
- Monitoring competitors to identify optimization and improvement ideas for projects.
