We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Financial Controller to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to ensure the financial health and transparency of the organization.

Responsibilities:

·       Ensure the accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions in the management accounting system in compliance with the company’s internal standards.

·       Conduct detailed expense and account monitoring.

·       Identify and mitigate financial errors and risks.

·       Perform monthly financial data analysis and control departmental budgets.

·       Organize and oversee the accounting of company fixed assets, including acquisition, depreciation, modernization, disposal, and inventory management.

·       Develop internal control systems and standard operating procedures for the company.

·       Assist in process automation to reduce manual work.

·       Collaborate with other departments (HR, IT, Sales) to ensure financial transparency.

Requirements:

·       Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or management.

·       At least 3 years of experience as an accountant or financial analyst.

·       Minimum 1 year of experience in financial controlling.

·       Knowledge of accounting and financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP, or local standards).

·       Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

·       Experience with accounting software such as SAP, MS Business Central, or other ERP systems.

·       Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

·       English language proficiency at the Intermediate level or higher.
