International Labor Relations Specialist

To achieve our ambitious goals, we are looking for a International Labor Relations Specialist to join our team. If you can and want to work in a dynamic environment in a team of challengers, you have a proactive position - welcome U aboard.

In this role you will be: 

• Provide end-to-end support with initial application, extension and cancellation of the work visa, work and residence permit (temporary and permanent/long-term) for internal and external candidates and their family members, assistance with contractual arrangements
• Draft, prepare, review documents required for the relevant work visa, work permit, work and residence permit obtaining for internal/external candidates and family members
• Serves as a trusted advisor to business in providing complex answers (requirements, timeline, costs if required), guidance and solutions on possible immigration routes to meet and fulfill the Company’s needs
• Serves as the main point of contact responsible for case status update and tracking related to legalization cases
• Liaises with the Government Authorities, external consultants and vendors
• Responsible for documents storage and tracking related to personnel engagement on the international markets
• Develop and maintain internal solid working relationships with other Internal Departments regarding cross-functional requests to ensure smooth and compliant services
• Be responsible for control of invoicing and payment to the consultants and vendors
• Support, drive and execute on global mobility projects and initiatives as required
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the Team work and services provided to business/people
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Reporting Manager

We expect from you:

• At least 1 year of experience in the field of Global Mobility/HR
• Good knowledge of immigration, tax, and employment laws in multiple countries (mainly focused on EU)
• Written and oral English - upper intermediate and above
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office/MS Office, Excel
• Good analytical abilities, conceptual thinking, and quick comprehension
