EVERLEGAL is expanding its Corporate and M&A practice and is looking for a Junior Associate to join our Kyiv office!

Qualifications:
- Degree in law from a reputable Ukrainian university
- Foreing LL.M. is preferred — 1+ years of professional experience at one of the Top-50 Ukrainian law firms — Excellent command of English (including legal English) and Ukrainian is a MUST
- Excellent knowledge of civil and commercial law; previous experience in Corporate/M&A
- Strong knowledge of MS-Office, legal databases (Liga, etc.)
Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as a part of a team
- Excellent research, analytical and legal writing skills
- High level of self-motivation and proactiveness
- Results-driven personality — Confidence to interact directly with clients
Responsibilities:
- M&A advisory and transactional work (due diligence, drafting transaction documents)
- Advising on various corporate, commercial, capital controls matters
- Performance of various legal ad hoc assignments delegated by senior associates and partners
