Requirements:
— Proven work experience as a recruiter (experience with a staffing agency is a plus), or HR specialist with recruitment experience;
— Proven experience working with both technical and non-technical vacancies;
— Hands-on experience with various selection processes (such as video interviewing, phone screening, reference checks, etc.);
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
— Strong decision-making skills;
— Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Development, etc.
Responsibilities:
— Develop and update job descriptions, job specifications, and employee portraits;
— Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards and social media;
— Source and recruit candidates using different platforms (LinkedIn, Djinni, etc.);
— Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications;
— Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule;
— Arrange interviews with line managers;
— Onboard new employees to become fully integrated and support them during the trial period;
— Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the HR director;
— Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process;
-Promote the company’s reputation as the "best place to work;
— HR tasks include preparing SAFTs, NDAs and supplier agreements.
