HR Operations Manager

Your future responsibilities:
— Financial & Contractor Coordination: Manage monthly payments and expense tracking for various services, including communication with contractors.
— CRM Administration: Oversee partial administration of our HR CRM (PeopleForce), ensuring employee data is accurately maintained and regularly updated.
— Policy & Documentation: Develop and implement HR guides and policies; ensure clarity and consistency in internal documentation and employee communications.
— Travel Management: Arrange travel for exhibitions, conferences, and business trips, ensuring efficient organization and cost-effectiveness.
— Event Coordination: Partially organize and coordinate team-building events, working with internal teams and external vendors.
— Merchandise Development: Participate in the creation of company merchandise, coordinating with contractors for production, quality control, and delivery.
— Operational Support: Provide day-to-day operational assistance to HRD and HR Managers, contributing to various administrative and organizational tasks.

The following skills are important to us:
— Experience: At least 1 year in HR or a related administrative/operational role.
— Multitasking Skills: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
— English Proficiency: Intermediate level or above.
— Location: Based in Bratislava or willing to relocate.
— Communication: Strong interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively with diverse groups of people.
— Self-Organization: Independent, proactive, and positive mindset.
— Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing requirements.
— Tech Savvy: Familiarity with HR CRM systems (e.g., PeopleForce) is a plus.
