My name is Alex Romanyuk, owner of Florida Fast Sale and several other multimillion-dollar companies. Since 2014, we’ve been engaged in real estate investments and property management in Florida, USA—that is, we purchase distressed homes, renovate them, and sell or rent them out.
We are currently purchasing 1-2 properties weekly, hence the need for a Real Estate Acquisitions B2B Manager.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 pm to 1:00 am (8-hour workday).In the future, the schedule may become flexible, subject to high performance.
- Base salary of $600-800 from the first month, plus bonuses for each purchased property ranging from $300-500 and annual bonuses for overall totals from$2,400-9,600. After a year, you can reach $1,800-2,400 monthly.
What We Expect From You:
- Open to learning, proactive, honest, self-reliant, and bold.
- English proficiency at strong C1 or higher both spoken and written (the interview may be partially or entirely in English).
- Stable internet connection.
Would Be a Plus:
- Experience in the U.S. market.
- Experience in property management.
- A U.S. accent.
- Experience in active sales.
Key Performance Goals:
- Month 1: Build your own partner base.
- Month 3: Achieve 2 property purchases per month.
- Month 6: Achieve 2-4 property purchases per month.
- Month 12: Achieve 2-6 property purchases per month.
Tasks:
- Finding new wholesale real estate sellers (our partners) through various channels: social media (Facebook groups), websites, and more.
- Evaluating real estate properties and passing them on for potential purchase.
- Checking contracts for correctness and alignment with deal terms.
- Creating and maintaining a client database.
In essence, you’ll network with partners, get their property offers, select the best deals, and work with Oleksandr to purchase the most profitable ones.
