PLEASE NOTE: The position is based in Cyprus, company offers relocation assistance, including coverage for moving expenses and accommodation.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Manager to lead our customer relationship management strategies while also assisting the Head of Department with personal and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management:
- Track agent performance, including client follow-ups within 3 days, CRM comments, call frequency, and overall engagement.
- Support agents in processing transactions and provide necessary assistance when needed.
- Assign, reassign or shuffle clients within the CRM system.
- Remind agents about missing documents, collect required paperwork, and verify document accuracy.
- Ensure CRM data integrity, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with sales team to enhance customer engagement.
Personal Assistance & Administrative Support:
- Assist the Head of Department with scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
- Handle personal errands and organizational tasks as needed.
- Manage ad-hoc projects and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in CRM management or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage tasks efficiently.
