Trainee for the reskill program for SAP PP (Production Planning)

De7 Partner, the partner of a leading IT Consulting Company in Europe, is looking for experienced professionals with a background in Sales, Logistics, Customer Service, or related fields to join our SAP PP reskill program.

You will master how to:

The reskill program includes:

• 1–1.5 months: Gaining fundamental knowledge of SAP PP through a paid training program;
• 1.5–7 months: Developing practical skills by working on a real project under the guidance of an experienced mentor – paid hands-on project experience;
• 8–12 months: Preparing for and successfully passing the SAP certification, leading to a promotion to Junior Consultant.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3–5+ years of experience in a mid-to-senior role as a Production Planning Specialist, SAP Key User (PP module), or a similar position in the production industry;
• Hands-on experience in: 
•  1) Production Scheduling & Demand Forecasting: Developing production schedules, forecasting demand, and optimizing facility layout and location.  
• 2) Material Requirements Planning (MRP): Determining material, equipment, and labor needs, monitoring material supplies, and managing inventory control.  
• 3) Production Process Monitoring: Overseeing production workflows, scheduling work shifts, and evaluating risk factors.  
• 4) Issue Resolution & Reporting: Troubleshooting production issues and preparing performance and status reports
• Solid knowledge of quality control principles
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Proficiency in Excel.
