We are seeking an experienced Head of Media Buying to lead and scale our user acquisition efforts across Facebook (Meta), ASO (App Store Optimization), and in-app traffic sources. This role is crucial for driving high-quality traffic, optimizing acquisition costs, and maximizing ROI in the casino and betting industry.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Develop and execute multi-channel acquisition strategies across Facebook (Meta), ASO, and in-app traffic.
- Manage and optimize large-scale ad campaigns to maximize ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and apply data-driven optimizations.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
- Monitor compliance & regulations for gambling-related ads across platforms.
- Work closely with product, analytics, and affiliate teams to ensure traffic quality and player retention.
- Stay up to date with ad platform policies, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:
- 3+ years of experience in media buying (Facebook, ASO, in-app) within the casino & betting industry.
- Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition campaigns with high ROI.
- Deep understanding of ASO strategies for both Google Play and the App Store.
- Experience working with tracking and attribution tools
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with A/B testing, audience targeting, and data interpretation.
- Ability to manage large budgets ($100K+ per month) and optimize spending efficiently.
- Knowledge of fraud detection, traffic quality analysis, and ad compliance.
- Experience managing teams of media buyers is a must.
