Product Owner - Investment Loans Development
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner to oversee the development and management of our investment loan products. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the product vision, strategy, and execution for our business banking clients. This role requires a solid background in digital product development, experience in agile methodologies, and a minimum English proficiency level of B2.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own all investment loan product features, including defining the product roadmap with clear specifications for development teams
- Work as a member of a cross-functional agile team to deliver effective investment loan solutions for business banking clients
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to identify key functionalities, evaluate risks, and prioritize feature development
- Ability to manage and collaborate with key stakeholders such as HQ, risk management, sales, marketing, and CRM to ensure successful product delivery and alignment with business objectives
- Maintain clear communication with business stakeholders, ensuring they understand the product vision and are aligned with the product roadmap
- Actively monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to identify emerging trends and maintain a deep understanding of the market
- Develop and maintain the product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization
- Ensure that all investment loan product features meet legal and regulatory requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in the banking or financial industry
- Experience working with Agile methodologies, product development frameworks, and tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data and information
- Experience with product design, including user experience, interface design, and usability testing
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English (minimum level B2)
