We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Lead/Senior Product Owner to oversee the development and management of our SME lending products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product vision, strategy, and execution for our business banking clients. This role requires a strong background in digital product development, agile team management, and a minimum English proficiency level of B2
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end product development process for SME lending products
- Define and communicate the product vision, mission, and strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality lending solutions
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Proven ability to manage and collaborate with key stakeholders such as HQ, risk management, sales, marketing, and CRM to ensure successful product delivery and alignment with business objectives
- Oversee the development of product features, enhancements, and iterations
- Ensure the delivery of digital products that meet the needs of business banking clients
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions
- Monitor and report on product performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product development, particularly in the financial services sector
- Strong understanding of SME lending and business banking products
- Demonstrated experience in digital product development and managing agile teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to articulate and execute a clear product vision and strategy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in English (minimum level B2)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a leading bank or financial institution
- Familiarity with the Ukrainian banking market and regulatory environment
- Experience in digital product development
