BusinessCom Networks is a satellite telecommunications service provider, operating worldwide since 2003. Our business is to connect enterprise, government, educational, scientific, humanitarian and other customers located in remote areas worldwide. 

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to execute our outbound sales strategy. This would involve connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, creating and maintaining long-term trusting relationships, developing new business and actively seeking new sales opportunities. 

What are the responsibilities of a Sales Development Representative (SDR)?

The SDR is responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts via outbound sales activities. This is an essential part of the sales process and involves identifying potential clients and initiating contact via various channels including phone calls, email campaigns and social media platforms. As well as outbound sales, there is a key element of account management and relationship building with clients.

The core responsibilities of this role are:

  • Engage about 50 contacts per day via e-mail and social media platforms to set appointments to initiate the sales process

  • Account management, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

  • Continuous prospecting through LinkedIn and other data sources.

  • Utilizing email and social media platforms to book meetings with qualified prospects.

  • Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required

  • Strong written, verbal, and phone skills.

  • IT proficient.

  • Metrics-driven and goal-orientated.

  • Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities.


Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Schedule: 8-hour shift
Location: Fully Remote, Occasional meetings in London, Munich and Amsterdam
Travel: Desired (Exhibitions/Conferences) but not required
