The AI Solutions Coordinator will drive the adoption and integration of artificial intelligence solutions across various departments within a pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities, assist in implementing AI-driven tools, and contribute to improving operational efficiency. This role also involves staying current with emerging AI technologies, training internal teams, and supporting the organization’s overall AI strategy.
 

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and evaluate AI applications across departments (e.g., sales, marketing, operations, finance) to enhance productivity and efficiency.

· Provide guidance and training to teams on how to use AI tools and understand their benefits.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical teams to implement AI-driven solutions tailored to their needs.

· Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and evaluate their relevance to pharmaceutical industry applications.

· Assist in documenting and managing AI project workflows to ensure smooth implementation and scalability.

· Monitor and assess the impact of AI solutions, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.
 

Basic Qualifications:

· Currently enrolled in the 3rd to 5th year of a degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

· Good understanding of AI/ML algorithms and tools, with practical experience in their application.

· Familiarity with pharmaceutical processes is beneficial.

· Strong communicator in English, with the ability to work collaboratively.

· Advanced computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office
