Corporation "Biosphere" is one of the largest manufacturers and distributors of products for home, personal hygiene and professional use in Eastern Europe and Central Asia (TM "Freken BOK", "Smile", "Selpak", "Vortex", "Novita" , "PRO service" and many others), we invite you to join our Business Development Manager E-commerce Channels in Europe
Functional duties
- Adherence brand development strategy on e-com/q-com platforms. Monitoring the effectiveness of the strategy and, if necessary, developing alternative strategic steps
- Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion (PPC, SEO, social media, display, and affiliate channels)
- Managing sales growth and profitability in accordance with company and business unit goals- Monitoring e-commerce market trends
- Analysis of competitors and their sales levels on platforms- Interaction with other departments of the corporation: production, logistics, marketing, accounting, lawyers, etc.
- Monthly sales planning
- Budgeting the unit. Approval and creation of applications for payment to suppliers - Signing contracts with suppliers
Tasks for the probation period/criteria for the performance evaluation of an employee during a probation period
- Launch of the project Amazon.com.
- Creating a Store- Shipment of products
- Start of sales of a new account
- Achieve the set plans for 3 months
Candidate requirements
- Experience in FMCG Marketing or Sales in international company
- Experience selling via Amazon (and other E-com platforms) in Europe (products listing, content making, preparing documentations etc.)
- Knowledge of digital marketing
- Located in Romania or other Central European country, with fluent English
- Able to develop and execute annual business plan focused on expansion and growth
