Your role:
- Conducting entrusted Category Management projects at the selected client / clients based on the Category Management process:
- Detailed analyzes based on available data;
- Recommendations on the layout of the exposition, assortment;
- Presentation of the results to the team and management.
- Construction of planograms using specialized tools (e.g. Space Planning / SpaceMan etc.); coordinating the planogram implementation process, reporting the process progress.
- Support in conducting category reviews with the retail partner.
- Creating analytical tools for the needs of Category Management projects, taking care of their correct operation, modernizing and adapting to current needs.
- Monitoring the quality and integrity of data for the purposes of Category Management in order to ensure their efficient processing.
- Control of the listing process for the new product.
- Сustomer, brand & SKU mix reporting.
Your skills:
- Excellent MS Excel skills: power pivot, power query, complex formulas, diagrams, ordinary macros
- Initiative, persistence
- Ability to pivot from deep analytics to strategic dialogue with Henkel leadership.
- Ability to interact and persuade individuals at levels senior to him/her.
- English language - Intermediate+
