Project Manager/ Implementation Consultant

As the Assortment Implementation Lead, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing retail operations by driving the implementation of advanced assortment solutions across global and regional teams. Reporting to the Head of Implementation, you’ll play a pivotal role in aligning product functionalities with business processes and customer needs, ensuring top-tier quality and seamless execution.
What You Will Do:
Leadership
- Oversee the quality of assortment implementation projects for all clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, project management, and implementation leads.
Center of Excellence
- Be the go-to expert for assortment implementation across regions (local, global, LatAm).
- Build robust methodological frameworks for process implementation through the lens of product functionality.
Client & Project Engagement
- Analyze current processes and present future-state solutions to clients.
- Participate in pre-sales evaluations and lead implementation projects as an assortment expert.
Product & Sales Alignment
- Ensure the seamless delivery of new product features.
- Design customized demonstrations for clients and support sales as an industry expert.
Support & Collaboration
- Facilitate interactions with CST and technical support teams, ensuring smooth client communications.
- Provide methodological guidance on assortment functionalities.
What You Bring:
- Experience: At least 5 years in assortment management/category management within retail companies.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written abilities, with the confidence to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
- English Proficiency: fluent/proficient (B2+/C1)
