Join us as a Head of Reporting
Hiring process: Meeting, test assignment (we value your time and efforts, thus, we pay for the performed TA) and the final interview.

How exactly you can influence the development of the company:
- lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual managerial financial reports and IFRS reporting package for submission to headquarter
- oversee consolidation processes across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timely closing
- optimize reporting processes to improve both quality and speed
- ensure compliance with Group accounting policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls
- monitor and ensure proper documentation and audit readiness for financial statements and reporting processes
- lead and mentor the reporting team, fostering a results-driven and collaborative culture
Challenges for six months:
- conduct a thorough review of the existing reporting processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop a step-by-step action plan to accelerate month-end closing and improve data accuracy and consistency
- review group accounting and reporting policies, ensuring Uklon’s reporting package is fully aligned with group standards, and propose adjustments if needed
- ensure smooth and timely month-end closing with a strong focus on data quality, clear reconciliations, and transparency in reporting
- complete the onboarding process within the team, building strong working relationships
- take the initiative to map out potential quick wins in reporting automation or template standardization, laying the groundwork for future process improvements
- actively support communication with potential headquarters, ensuring alignment on reporting expectations and timelines
To achieve the results, you will need:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in financial reporting or audit, including managerial experience
- strong knowledge of IFRS and practical experience in applying these standards
- experience in preparing consolidated financial statements for international or multi-entity companies
- solid understanding of management reporting processes, including building and improving internal reporting structures
- confident working proficiency in English (especially written)
- professional qualification (ACCA or similar), either completed or at the final stage, is a plus
- experience at Big 4 or other reputable audit firms is a plus

- determine a convenient time for yourself, but you need to stay in touch from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
