Austrian Airlines search for Customer Support Specialist to join our professional team.
Location: Lviv Customer Service Centre (not remote).
Requirements:
- Advanced Proficiency in English
- Flexibility to work shifts (including evenings, weekends, public holidays)
- Effective communication skills over phone and email
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Advanced computer skills
Responsibilities:
- Work with the reservation system (bookings, rebookings)
- Provide flight schedules, ticket prices, and travel-related information
- Offer additional flight-related services
- Handle issues and complaints, providing solutions
- Balance customer concerns and business requirements
