Training and Development Specialist
The Vetropack Group is one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of packaging glass. With a total of over 3300 employees, it operates glass plants in Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovakia, Ukraine, Italy and Moldova. PrJSC Vetropack Gostomel Glass Factory produces, sells and distributes glass packaging in Ukraine. Our site is located in Gostomel, Kyiv region with more than 380 employees.
We invite a highly skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our team in Gostomel.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting annual training and development needs assessment
- Implementing training and development programs and objectives
- Planning, organizing, facilitating supplies for employee development and training events.
- Managing glass school for blue collars, conducting training hand notes.
- Implementing leadership programs for line managers.
- Supporting e-educational platform
- Coordinate internships programs and inductions programs for new comers
- Coordinate Performance Management and annual appraisal
- Participate in other HR project
- L&D Reporting
Requirements and skills:
- University degree
- English, not less than B1
- Experience in T&D 3 years+
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Good knowledge in MS Office (SAP, Success Factors, Litmos is a plus)
- Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
