Due to company growth Soufflet Agro Ukraine is inviting Head of Credit Management Department
Key Responsibilities:
- Credit Policy Management: development and implementation of procedures related to credit operations. Ensuring compliance with internal credit standards and procedures.
- Collaboration with Head Office: cooperation with Credit Management and Internal Audit teams regarding the execution of credit procedures, reporting, and approval of changes to existing processes.
- Сredit risk analysis: evaluation of clients' financial solvency and making decisions on credit terms.
- Insurance: work with credit insurance. Monitoring compliance with the terms of insurance agreements.
- Accounts Receivable Management: monitoring the current state of accounts receivable and developing measures to manage debt repayment in cooperation with the Commercial Department.
- Reporting: providing regular analysis and reports on credit portfolio status to the local Board as well as Headquarter.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B credit management, including client creditworthiness assessment, risk evaluation, and making decisions on credit terms.
- Prior experience in the agricultural sector is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in financial and credit analysis tools.
- Solid knowledge of credit insurance processes and accounts receivable management.
- English proficiency: not less than Upper Intermediate level.
- Willingness to travel across Ukraine as needed.
