IT Project Manager(assistant)
Position Description:
We are seeking a versatile professional who combines project management skills with IT assistance capabilities. The primary responsibilities include planning and executing projects, as well as performing a variety of IT-related tasks. You will be involved in analysis, solution selection, writing texts, and coordinating teams or contractors. This role is ideal for a smart, resourceful, and motivated individual looking to grow in the IT and management domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Plan, coordinate, and monitor task execution.
- Organize meetings, manage deadlines, and confirm results.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors.
IT Support and Analytics:
- Analyze requirements, select optimal solutions (software, platforms, tools).
- Perform basic setup and support of both software and hardware.
- Identify technical issues and respond promptly to resolve them.
Information and Content Management:
- Write and edit texts (instructions, functionality descriptions, documentation).
- Research, organize, and verify information.
- Prepare reports and presentations for both internal and external use.
Communication and Coordination:
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
- Establish priorities and distribute tasks within the team.
- Handle business correspondence and organizational matters.
Process Improvement:
- Analyze existing processes to identify areas for enhancement.
- Implement new tools and methodologies aimed at increasing productivity.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in project management or technical support is advantageous.(Will be a plus)
- Basic knowledge of project management tools (Trello, Jira, Asana, etc.).
- Understanding of fundamental data analysis principles and information handling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools.
- Proactive, quick-thinking, and highly self-motivated.
- Responsible, well-organized, and capable of multitasking.
