Key Responsibilities:
Market and Competitor Analysis: Analyze the market, competitors, and user needs to shape the product vision.
Strategy Development: Create a product development plan, prioritize features, and update the roadmap.
Roadmap Development: Continuously improve the product and update the roadmap based on metrics and feedback.
Goal and Metric Setting: Define key success indicators (KPIs), monitor progress, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Backlog Management: Create user stories, epics, communicated with project manager to help dev team understand needs.
Coordination and Communication: Apply soft skills to communicate with Product Designers, CPO, stakeholders, marketing, development teams.
Your Experience and Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager.
Proven successful track record of product improvements, reaching KPIs of key metrics.
Skills in strategic planning, in-depth market analysis, audience segmentation, and working with key metrics.
Experience optimizing product through A/B testing and analyzing results.
Knowledge of messaging platforms, CRM systems, task management/project management systems and SaaS principles.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make product decisions.
High level of responsibility and proactivity.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, design, and marketing teams.
Product- and customer-oriented mindset.
Systematic approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven record of launching new products or entering new markets.
English proficiency at Intermediate+ level.
